I am Sasi Hebel, originally from the countryside in Thailand, studied my Bachelor's and Master's degree in Bangkok,Thailand before moving to Highland Mills,New York and settling in Independence, KY, a place I now calls home. I love creating, dancing, connecting and of course cooking is the way i connecting with people.
As a food entrepreneur, I have always had a passion for bringing my favorite flavors to life. One of my earliest memories is making and selling my own Thai rice crispy treats at the market. When I moved to the US, I struggled to find the same authentic Asian flavors that I loved, so I began honing my own cooking skills over 10 years ago. Now, I am excited to embark on a new journey in the culinary world.
My Story
Here at Sassi, we believe that healthy eating should be easy and accessible for everyone. 4 months ago, I struggled with losing weight and feeling tired all the time. That’s when I decided to make a change and focus on my health. I started eating healthier, incorporating more vegetables and lean proteins into my diet, and started exercising regularly. With dedication and hard work, I lost over 40 pounds and I feel amazing! If you’re looking to make a change and need some help getting started, i am here to support you every step of the way.
As a mother of young children, I know how hard it can be to manage time and still feed your family delicious and nutritious meals. That's why I started Sassi - to provide busy moms like myself with a solution. Our menu is carefully crafted to include a variety of flavors, all prepared with the freshest ingredients.
